I was always on a diet from my teens through my thirties, a diet to lose weight, that is. The different diets, some popular ones to my own restricted ones never kept the weight off, nor were they healthy. And, hard to believe,  I didn’t put my exercise and nutrition education to use.  I finally started to associate the connection of how I felt to my eating habits and not just to my weight.                                                                                                                                                 
I can say now, when I began eating a plant -based diet starting with my “salad a day”, not only did I lose weight, feel better, and have more energy, I became creative with more food volume, and more variety. In time I also got healthier, stronger and leaner than ever before. 
I’m here to motivate, educate and support you, regardless of the stage of Plant-Based eating you are at. Here are some of the areas I specialize in along with a nutritionally balanced way of eating.
