What does a typical session look like?
The initial session will be for about 30 mins which would be absolutely free, where you would get a chance to know your dietician or nutritionist before you decide to take it forward. The rest of the sessions will start discussing your diet and medical history, lifestyle, sleep, stress, your schedule and more. Follow ups are typically around 50 minutes where your transition expert will check in and build upon your goals and make any changes as needed. At the end of each session they might set about 2-3 goals for you to focus on.
Do you accept insurance?

We currently do not accept insurance.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

We do! All our appointments are virtual. This allows for appointment flexibility and being able to meet if you travel frequently for work.

What days are available for appointments?

Monday – Saturday depending on the chosen transition expert.

How often do we meet and for how long?

This depends on each person! Depending on your goal, your chosen nutritionist or dietician will suggest weekly or biweekly packages, or a la carte sessions to use if required. In the beginning you might typically meet every week to two weeks to begin making changes. From there you can decrease or increase appointments depending on your progress and goals as suggested.
